Our policy is 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since you received your package, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.



To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.



In some cases, only a partial refund will be granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and verify your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund was approved or denied.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days.



Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before your refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items are not eligible.



Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you would like to replace yours with the same item, please send an email to contact@rageclaws.com.



Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.



Shipping



You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. They will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.



Depending on your location, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.
